Ok, for all of you out there. Hope you gonna read this first before you decide to celebrate valentine day. Even, i think if you wanna share your love and give your attention to every people you loved. We didnt have to wait for that day, we can do it everyday, right,,??
Valentine's Day falls on February 14 every year, is usually celebrated by young people without exception, both Muslims and non-Muslims. Ironically they do not want to know what Valentine's Day is derived from the teachings of Islam or not.
Valentine's day is defined as the submission or message of love was actually a martyr willing to die for defending his beliefs (called a martyr in Islam). He was a philanthropist and a degree Santo, as opposed to the Roman ruler at the time, King Claudius II (268-270 AD).
Valentine was killed on February 14, 270 AD To commemorate St. Valentine's, as a symbol of fortitude, courage and surrender, then his followers celebrated his death on every February 14 as a religious ceremony.
Finally, after the Romans were converted to Christianity, Valentines day dinner party they are associated with funerals St. Valentine's Day love, according to the beliefs of Europeans that Valentines Day is celebrated on February 14 and is represented by "A pair of male and female birds."
Islam religion is not consistent bandwagon, stereotyped beliefs and lifestyle of the West is not part of Islam, although disguised kindness and compassion, because Islam has set up ways to cultivate kindness and provide amenities (wasilah). Apostle Saw. said: Who-who are required by God to get a good, God gave him of understanding about Islam. (Al-Hadith). Doctrine of affection followed by commemorating Valentine's Day is not the teaching of Islam, Prophet Muhammad SAW. forbid to imitate the way other religions: Who-who imitate or follow a people (religion) he included the (religious) it.
Not that Islam does not teach compassion, even Islam is the religion most consistent spread love on this earth, to the point that every step, beginning acts are encouraged to read Bismillah (in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful).
Apostle Saw. also said: No believer one of you that he loves his brother like love itself. In the same context but broader Prophet Saw. commanded to love being on this earth, regardless of their religion. He besabda: Love ye inhabitants of the earth, you will be loved by the heavens.
So, quite clearly that Islam is a religion of love and advocate for compassionate, even more than that, the Prophet Muhammad. named "Rauf" and "Rahim" (again very loving mercy towards the believers). Allah SWT. said: It has come unto you a Messenger of their own clans, heavily felt by her suffering, really wants (faith and salvation) unto you again very loving mercy towards the believers. (Surat At-Tawbah: 128)
But love is the love that Islam is within the corridor of Islam, and follow the ways made by the Prophet, which is wrapped in faith, not affection framed with lust and passion. Compassion is not permanent affection for one hour a day, and a day for one year.
Valentine Day is celebrated by the western people and people "westernized" is not love, it is by Islamic law, Velentine Day is essentially a non-Muslim religious ceremonies, which had shifted to the day of brotherhood and affection eventually becomes a mode to destroy the Muslim faith, and attempts to westernization (westernization), Islam in the name of compassion to forbid its followers Valentine Day celebration. Wallahua'lam....
